The Village of Bratenahl Ohio Council has appointed Benesch Partner Gregory Binford to replace a council member who resigned in January. The remaining five council members voted unanimously on February 4, 2003 to appoint Binford to a term that will expire in 2005.Binford won out over two opposing candidates.He was sworn in on February 18, 2004.Village Council members receive no pay.
