Christopher T. Grohman, Partner in Benesch’s White Collar, Government Investigations & Regulatory Compliance Practice Group, was quoted in the Chicago Sun-Times article titled “Chicago’s once-powerful Ed Burke faces sentencing Monday, ‘very humbling’ days could be ahead.”
Grohman said, “There’s just no proof that the length of the sentence has any correlation to any one person’s willingness to commit the crime.”
