Benesch is pleased to announce that Courtney C. Booth has joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation Practice Group and is resident in the firm’s Chicago office. Courtney focuses her practice on representing companies against class and individual actions brought under various state and federal privacy and consumer protection statutes, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA), as well as other consumer-privacy and unfair business practices laws and regulations.
Courtney received her J.D., magna cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School in 2013 and her B.A. in Communications, magna cum laude, from Saint Louis University in 2010.
