Benesch represented Dwellworks, the leading business-to-business provider of services to the global corporate mobility/relocation industry, in a transaction resulting in a significant strategic investment from TZP Capital Partners III, L.P. Founded in 2007, Dwellworks provides a range of support services to relocation management companies and organizations to help employees and their families transition successfully from their home location to a new destination. The deal team was led by Ira Kaplan and included Julie Price, Kelly Morgan, Samantha Stahler, Michael D. Stovsky & Richard Tracanna.
