Benesch is pleased to announce that Julie R. Fenstermaker has joined the firm as an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group. She will work out of the firm’s Cleveland office.
Ms. Fenstermaker focuses her practice on trademark and copyright matters, including all aspects of domestic and international trademark prosecution and copyright registration. She regularly counsels clients on the selection, clearance and adoption of trademarks, the preparation of copyright and trademark applications, the prosecution of those applications through to registration, and post-registration maintenance. Ms. Fenstermaker also has extensive litigation experience representing clients in federal and state courts in cases involving claims of trademark, trade dress, copyright, and patent infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, rights of publicity, unfair competition and breach of contract.
Ms. Fenstermaker received her B.A. from Bowling Green State University and her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
