In this latest development, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Craig T. While Yellow’s largest shareholder, MFN Partners, raised objections, including concerns over the committee’s role in overseeing a post-confirmation trust, the committee confirmed its intention to appoint an independent trustee to manage claim objections.
