Jonathan Todd, Vice Chair of Benesch’s Transportation & Logistics Practice Group, was quoted in a  Supply Chain Dive article detailing how the Trump administration will review potential changes to Section 232 tariffs on auto parts, steel and aluminum, as well as exclusions to Section 301 tariffs on imports from China.

“There is clear, stated interest by the administration in driving domestic production of steel and aluminum and their derivative parts, and also driving domestic production of automotive parts,” said Jonathan.
