Kate Harmon awarded the 2023 Mary “Mimi” C. Boudart Award from the Women and the Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association

The Mary “Mimi” C. Boudart Award honors professional excellence and significant contributions to the Women and the Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association. This award is given out once a year to an attorney that has been a member of the bar for 15 years or less.
Kate is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion and she strives to advance these principles in all areas of her life, both personally and professionally. Kate is the President-Elect of the Delaware State Bar Association’s Executive Committee and recently completed a two-year term as Co-Chair of the DSBA’s Women and the Law section. Kate enjoys serving on the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and the firm’s First in Service Committee. She also recently completed a term serving as Vice-Chair of Benesch’s Associate Development Committee. Kate relishes serving as a mentor to many young Delaware attorneys and proudly provides pro bono services as a Child Attorney through the Delaware Office of the Child Advocate.
