Benesch has added Zach Dann as a partner in its New York office, expanding on Private Equity Practice Group. Dann will advise clients on complex M&A and private equity activities, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, equity financing and general corporate governance, Benesch noted in a statement. His work includes counseling large and middle-market private equity funds and publicly traded corporations.
