She also emphasized the importance of responsiveness. “For all associates, responsiveness is incredibly important. As an employment lawyer, it’s especially important to be available to clients and ready to respond to emergencies if they arise. The same goes for associates. Do not hesitate to be proactive and share your thoughts and ideas.”
