Rotunda Capital Partners Sells Refrigeration Sales Corporation

Benesch served as legal counsel to Rotunda Capital Partners in its sale of Refrigeration Sales Corporation (“RSC”), a leading HVAC/R parts and equipment distribution platform serving greater Ohio and Pittsburgh, to The Master Group, a leading North American distributor of HVAC/R products. Rotunda made its investment in RSC in June 2021.
The Benesch team included Leslie A. Drockton, Connie A. Porter, Jessica N. Angney, Daniel Briggs, and Nicole K. Kline.
