Plaintiffs alleged Lowe’s misled customers with false discount pricing but U.S. District Judge Kenneth D. Bell ruled they lacked Article III standing, citing TransUnion LLC v. Ramirez. The court held that speculative disappointment over not getting a “deal” is not a concrete injury and plaintiffs’ individual claims did not meet the $75,000 threshold for federal jurisdiction.
