Mr. Felker has joined the firm’s Real Estate & Environmental Practice Group.He has over five years experience representing clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions including construction, permanent and mini-perm mortgage based financing, acquisition and disposition of commercial properties, office, warehouse and industrial and retail leasing, and easements and other land-use agreements.Mr. Felker received his B.B.A. from The George Washington University, his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and his M.B.A. from Case Western University Weatherhead School of Management.
Ms. Mathews has joined the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group.She focuses her practice in areas of patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret law.Ms. Mathews has ten years of experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications before the US Patent and Trademark Office in technologies pertaining to the chemical, mechanical, and software arts, preparation of trademark applications, and preparation of Intellectual Property agreements in the areas of licensing, joint ventures, non-disclosure and copyright.She received her BSChE from Cleveland State University, her M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management and her J.D. from Case Western University School of Law.
