Umpleby Joins Benesch

Benesch is pleased to announce that Kimberly A. Umpleby has joined the firm as an associate in its Real Estate & Environmental Practice Group.

Ms. Umpleby focuses her practice on representing clients on a broad range of real estate matters, including commercial retail leasing, and the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. Additionally, she has extensive experience in representing and counseling landlords in the ground up development and re-development of shopping centers.

Ms. Umpleby received her B.A. from Kent State University and her J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law.  She will work out of the firm’s Cleveland office.
