Weinberg Capital Group (“WCG”), a private investment firm, consummated the successful sale of its interest in Alex N. Sill Company (“Sill” or the “Company”), a leading public insurance adjusting firm in North America with offices throughout the United States and Canada.

Weinberg Capital Group acquired a controlling interest in the Company from the Sill family in 2018. With a focus on superior client service, expansion of its team and geographic footprint, and execution of other key strategic initiatives, the company successfully doubled in size since WCG’s 2018 investment.
