Wellspring Acquires Senior Home Care Provider, Help At Home

Wellspring Capital Management LLC (“Wellspring”), a New York-based private equity firm, completed its acquisition of Help At Home, Inc., a home care provider delivering in-home care to seniors and persons with disabilities.
Wellspring is a middle-market private equity firm that has approximately $3 billion of private equity capital under management.
Benesch served as health care regulatory counsel for Wellspring on this transaction. The Benesch team consisted of Alan Schabes, Cliff Mull, Dan O’Brien, and Daniel Meier.
