Wild Elected Chairman of Cleveland Development Advisors

Benesch is pleased to announce that Jeffrey J. Wild has been elected Chairman of Cleveland Development Advisors’ Board of Directors.

Established in 1989 by a non-profit group comprised of the CEOs of 50 of Cleveland’s largest corporations, CDA today is the real estate and business finance affiliate of the Greater Cleveland Partnership – one of the nation’s biggest chambers of commerce.  CDA is a real estate and business development finance organization that invests private capital and New Markets Tax Credit allocations into catalytic projects in Cleveland.

Jeff is Benesch’s Administrative Partner, Chief Strategy Officer, Chair of the firm’s Real Estate & Environmental Practice Group and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters, with an emphasis on development, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and joint venture work.
