Alexandra’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes and business torts, identifying innovative solutions for complex legal problems.

Alexandra works with transportation and logistics clients with cargo disputes, torts and other logistics-related claims. She handles a broad range of business conflicts, including contract disputes, regulatory investigations, shareholder and partnership disputes, arbitration, mediation and trial. In fact, Alexandra assisted on complex civil and criminal matters at both the state and federal level, in various courts across the country. 

By aligning client goals and legal strategies, Alexandra provides meaningful advice while simultaneously furnishing innovative legal solutions. Taking a holistic approach, Alexandra balances business priorities that support both short and long-term objectives, with a focus on finding effective and creative solutions. 

Representative Experience

  • Successfully negotiated a settlement on an outstanding cargo claim on behalf of a freight broker.

  • Defended and obtained dismissal of various officers, directors, principals, and corporate affiliates of a motor carrier in an action arising out of a fatal highway accident for which the plaintiff was seeking to pierce the corporate veil and impose alter ego liability.

  • Assisted in representing the CEO of a rail company in expedited Delaware litigation.
