Angelina focuses her practice on healthcare matters in both transactional and regulatory areas. This includes assisting in the representation of individual dentists, individual physicians, buys and sales of dental practices, medical practices, and other healthcare related entities; as well as ownership changes, including succession planning and associate buy-ins.
Additionally, Angelina has experience providing general counsel advice in a variety of legal areas, including operations, business management, employment and HR matters, and employment agreement drafting and negotiations. Angelina also assists healthcare clients in regulatory and compliance matters such as implications of the corporate practice of medicine/dentistry laws and federal and state Anti-Kickback Statutes.
Prior to her legal career, Angelina worked in healthcare administration, focusing on dental practices, including business consulting, insurance and patient billing, and employee training and integration.
