With more than 15 years of experience in legal operations, Becky is a strategic, results-driven law firm administrator dedicated to fostering collaboration, enhancing client service and aligning the administrative functions of the Columbus office with firmwide goals.
In her role, Becky oversees administrative support, facilities and vendor management, human resources functions, budgeting, office services, and staff management. Prior to joining Benesch, she served as Law Firm Administrator at Bailey Cavalieri, where she managed administrative personnel and day-to-day operations for a 70+ person law firm. She brings extensive experience leading cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, ensuring policy compliance, managing budgets and benefits programs, and implementing initiatives that drive operational excellence.
Committed to professional development and industry engagement, Becky is an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
