Cheryl has more than 20 years of litigation experience.
She has served as the key contact for attorneys in assigning paralegals to short-term projects and has vast experience coordinating document reviews, productions, and preparation of privilege logs, participating in all facets of arbitration, trial and pre-trial work, preparing and organizing trial exhibits and materials, and assisting with the preparation of pre- and post-trial orders, memoranda, and briefs. Cheryl also has experience assisting in the preparation of complex court documents, drafting motions and discovery memoranda, and organizing and maintaining discovery files, databases, indices, and case filing systems.
