Overview

Dylan has experience in the corporate and securities practice areas. He advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as publicly and privately held companies, on complex transactions and general corporate matters.

Dylan has conducted due diligence and drafted transactional agreements for joint ventures, as well as middle and lower middle market mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures in various industries, with a focus on representing private equity clients in such transactions. Dylan also has experience representing public companies in drafting securities filings, as well as negotiating commercial contracts. Additionally, Dylan maintains an active pro bono practice representing asylum applicants in the U.S.

Prior to joining Benesch, Dylan was a corporate associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.
