Erick brings over 23 years of complex litigation experience to his post, working across a wide range of practice areas including labor & employment, product liability, consumer products, trade secrets, personal injury, insurance and environmental law.
Erick is well-versed in defending clients across state and federal trials, arbitrations, and administrative hearings, with extensive experience in large class actions. Erick has been instrumental in trial preparation, including “hot-seat” presentations, the assembly of trial binders, subpoenas, presentation materials, and the organization and presentation of exhibits. Erick has additional experience managing complex discovery, as well as preparing releases, declarations, affidavits, and verifications. Additionally, Erick has experience in shepardizing, proofreading, bates-stamping, and cite-checking pleadings and motion documents.
In addition to his experience at law firms, Erick has also worked in-house for Fortune 100 companies, including Chevron and Google. In these roles, he has appeared in Small Claims court on behalf of these corporations and honed his skills in drafting and coordinating legal holds, collaborating with outside counsel, and optimizing legal processes and procedures.
