Hannah has experience in labor & employment matters and commercial litigation, and has the strong ability to handle complex legal issues.
She specializes in matters such as employment discrimination, trade secret disputes, and wrongful termination, and has advised clients on numerous related issues. She is well-versed in matters relating to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act and has experience defending clients against complaints filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission. Hannah also has experience drafting employment agreements, severance agreements, and employment handbooks and policies. Prior to joining Benesch, Hannah represented a prominent designer and manufacturer of battery chargers and jump starters in federal trademark infringement and unfair competition litigation.
While in law school, Hannah served as the President of the Student Bar Association as well as the Vice President of the Jewish Law Students Association. Hannah also participated in the Cleveland State Law Review as the Business Editor.

- Represented a private equity-back manufacturer of machine tools in its acquisition of a manufacturer of plastic injection molding & precision machined components for telecom equipment.
- Represented Qualus Power Services, a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital, in its acquisition via merger of GridBright, a leading power industry technology solutions firm.
