Jodi has more than 20 years of experience as an Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal. She has extensive experience managing cases and assisting at trial at the International Trade Commission, U.S. District Courts, Appellate Courts, the Patent Trial & Appeal Board, and the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board. Her experience includes discovery database management, drafting and filing of court documents, and managing all facets of deposition and trial preparation, logistics and proceedings.
