Overview

Julie focuses her practice on trademark and copyright matters, including all aspects of domestic and international trademark prosecution and copyright registration.

Julie regularly counsels clients on the selection, clearance and adoption of trademarks, the preparation of copyright and trademark applications, the prosecution of those applications through to registration, and post-registration maintenance. Julie’s practice likewise includes counseling clients regarding international protection of their trademark portfolios. Julie has also represented clients in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
