Julie R. Fenstermaker

As part of a broad range of services offered to clients, Julie has experience drafting and negotiating various agreements to protect intellectual property rights including co-existence agreements, consent to register agreements, mechanical licenses, reproduction agreements, professional services agreements, confidentiality agreements and assignments as well as intellectual property policies for academic institutions.

Julie also has extensive litigation experience and has represented clients in federal and state courts in cases involving claims of trademark, trade dress, copyright, and patent infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, rights of publicity, unfair competition and breach of contract.
