Her background includes conducting legal due diligence and drafting transaction documents, as well as advising on corporate matters such as business formation, reorganizations, commercial contracts, and corporate governance. Katie offers hands-on, proactive counsel, identifying potential issues early, streamlining transaction workflows, and helping clients achieve efficient, successful closings. Known for her responsiveness and attention to detail, she works closely with her team and clients to ensure every stage of a transaction supports their strategic goals.
