Kiley focuses her practice on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies and other entities in their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Kiley has experience across multiple practice areas, adept at conducting in-depth legal research and preparing detailed memoranda and responsive spreadsheets. She works closely with clients to gather information, draft and file applications while navigating complex regulatory requirements. Kiley is skilled in reviewing contracts, drafting corporate documents and ensuring compliance with legal standards. She has also honed her investigative and communication abilities through participation in mock depositions and investigatory interviews.
