Overview

Lauren concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts across the country.

Lauren is a skilled litigator representing clients in a wide range of disputes, including defamation, products liability, breach of contract, fraud, employment contract litigation and Hatch-Waxman litigation. She has experience drafting a wide variety of briefs and motions, including discovery motions, motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment and pre-trial motions. Lauren has experience guiding clients through all aspects of discovery, including written discovery, e-discovery, depositions and expert discovery. 

Lauren also has extensive experience with pro bono matters, including representing clients in various pro bono immigration matters such as requests for asylum, DACA requests and VAWA self-petitions. During law school, she externed for the Honorable Matthew Kennelly of the Northern District of Illinois.
