Overview

Lauren focuses her practice on civil litigation, where she conducts sophisticated legal research and drafts memoranda and discovery documents to help clients navigate complex matters.

She taught English as a Second Language in Thailand for nearly four years before law school. Her time abroad enhanced her communication skills and ability to adapt to new situations, providing her with a global perspective and thoughtful approach that encourages continuous learning and drives her determination to see each matter through.

During law school, Lauren externed with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She also participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court competition in Hong Kong, where she strengthened her oral advocacy skills while competing against teams from across the U.S. and around the world. In addition to her J.D., she earned an International Law and Practice Certificate, giving her a well-rounded understanding of international considerations and how they intersect with various facets of law.

As a first-generation lawyer, Lauren is committed to doing whatever it takes to achieve favorable outcomes for her clients. She embraces challenges and is driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
