Linda focuses her practice on immigration law.
For more than 10 years she has focused her practice on Alien of Extraordinary Ability (EB-1A), Outstanding Professor/Researcher (EB-1B) and National Interest Waiver (EB-2) petitions, PERM Labor Certification filings, and O-1, L-1A and L-1B, and H-1B petitions, as well as all ancillary and derivative filings. She has also successfully filed for asylum for foreign nationals while acting as a pro bono attorney at Catholic Charities in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Experience
Successfully secured EB-1A (E11) extraordinary ability permanent residency approvals without RFE for a music producer, for a wellness and spirituality author, and for a research and development chemist.
