Maura’s practice focuses on both initiating and defending litigation. She frequently represents businesses as plaintiffs in cases involving breach of contract, defamation, trade secret misappropriation and other critical disputes where court intervention is necessary to protect their interests. On the defense side, she has significant experience fending off unfair or frivolous class actions. Her clients span a variety of industries, with a particular focus on the technology sector.

Maura’s ability to deliver exceptional results is grounded in her meticulous attention to detail, relentless work ethic and adaptability. She is known for maintaining open and frequent communication with her clients, ensuring they are informed and supported at every stage of the litigation process. Maura’s legal experience is informed by unique opportunities early in her career, including externships with the Hawaii Supreme Court and the City of Chicago Department of Law.
