Meg counsels parties across the supply chain and in all modes of transportation regarding their business and legal needs. In doing so, she represents businesses from end-to-end of the supply chain including manufacturers, distributors, retailers, carriers, brokers, warehousemen, logistics providers, and more.
Meg drafts and negotiates contracts for businesses at all points in the supply chain and conducts strategic risk assessments of their operations and transactions. Meg also offers compliance counsel for businesses dealing with the laws affecting all modes of transportation and related to the sourcing, manufacture, distribution, movement, import, and export of goods. In doing so, Meg frequently advises businesses on their trade compliance needs. She is also certified in hazardous materials compliance. Meg provides strategic business guidance and helps businesses to assess their current operations and stand up new operations, in addition to representing companies in mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Benesch, Meg served as a Legal Extern for the United States Coast Guard Ninth District Legal Office. There, she researched and drafted guidance on complex legal questions in administrative law, regulatory compliance, and jurisdictional issues.

- Represented a private equity-back manufacturer of machine tools in its acquisition of a manufacturer of plastic injection molding & precision machined components for telecom equipment.
- Represented Yusen Logistics in its acquisition of Taylored Services, a multichannel third-party logistics fulfillment organization, from private equity firm Saybrook.
