Overview
Miranda focuses her practice on health care finance transactions with a strong focus in the long-term care sector. She represents institutional lenders and borrowers in connection with the structuring, negotiation and closing of secured credit facilities involving skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and other post-acute care providers.
Miranda regularly advises clients on complex financing arrangements, including acquisition financings, refinancings, working capital facilities, and multi-facility portfolio transactions. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating loan documents, reviewing organizational and diligence materials, coordinating closings, and addressing regulatory considerations unique to health care operators.
