Overview
Nadine’s practice focuses on the full spectrum of financing transactions, including CMBS loans, balance sheet loans, construction loans and mezzanine loans, as well as the acquisition and disposition of assets.
Nadine regularly advises a broad range of private equity funds, developers, real estate investment trusts (REITS) and public companies on the acquisition, development and operation of commercial properties and derivative real estate products. Her experience spans a variety of asset classes, such as multifamily, hospitality, industrial, retail and data centers.
Prior to joining Benesch, Nadine was an associate in the real estate practice of a top-tier international law firm headquartered in New York City.
