Overview
Natalie focuses her practice on corporate and private equity transactions. With experience working both in-house and in private practice, she brings an insider’s understanding of how businesses think and how their goals intersect with legal strategy. She provides practical, business-savvy solutions that help clients drive growth and innovation.
Natalie has supported clients across a range of corporate matters, including preparing legal memoranda on noncompetition agreements and tax exemptions, conducting due diligence for acquisitions and assisting senior attorneys throughout all phases of complex deals.
During law school, Natalie worked in her university’s Entrepreneurial and Business Law Clinic, where she helped local startups with entity formation and contract drafting. This experience sparked her interest in corporate law and inspired her to pursue a career helping businesses grow. She also externed with CareSource, gaining hands-on experience conducting regulatory research, reviewing contracts and performing due diligence for M&A transactions.
A natural problem-solver, Natalie approaches each matter with curiosity, clear communication and attention to detail—helping clients navigate complex challenges and achieve their business goals.
