Natasha maintains a broad corporate practice, representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, financings, capital solutions, and corporate organization and restructuring.
She advises clients throughout the lifecycle of a transaction, including conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, coordinating closings, and advising on corporate governance and compliance. Her prior experience as a compliance officer at an investment banking firm gives her a nuanced understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk mitigation. Natasha routinely develops compliance protocols and SOPS related to insider trading, communications, and conflicts of interest, and conducts regulatory analysis to evaluate the compliance implications of investment strategies, trading activity, and data privacy practices.
