He has represented both leading and emerging private equity funds, as well as family offices and their portfolio companies, Fortune 500 companies, and founder-owned businesses on transactions across sectors. This substantial experience spans manufacturing, industrial, healthcare and software transactions, among others.
Nick regularly counsels clients with respect to general corporate and commercial contracting matters, entity formation, governance, joint venture agreements, securityholder agreements and securities compliance.
