Patrick assists clients with matters related to Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructurings.
Patrick has extensive experience in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. He has been actively involved in the preparation and drafting of Chapter 11 bankruptcy petitions, first-day motions, plans of reorganization, disclosure statements, and other plan-related documents. He also has effectively managed the administration of complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. Additionally, Patrick has significant experience researching, analyzing, and drafting trial and appellate briefs, motions, and memoranda addressing a wide array of complex substantive and procedural issues in connection with both debtor and creditor representations.
Before entering private practice, Patrick served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable LaShonda A. Hunt of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
