Tevin Hopkins

Overview

Tevin focuses his practice on all aspects of labor and employment law. He regularly defends clients in state and federal courts and in alternative dispute resolution forums in matters involving Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and related state claims, including discrimination and sexual harassment suits. He also represents clients in actions involving trade secret misappropriation and restrictive covenants.

In addition to his litigation practice, Tevin provides day-to-day counsel on a wide range of workplace matters, including employee handbooks, workplace policies, hiring and termination practices, and employee relations.
