Overview
Trevor has experience representing large publicly traded and privately held companies in federal and state court in connection with a variety of litigation matters and government investigations, including class actions, complex multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation, employment litigation, litigation under federal and state securities laws, cargo claims and freight-charge disputes, and investigations by the SEC and DOJ.
Trevor also drafts a wide variety of briefs, motions, and counterclaims in both state and federal court including, motions of summary judgment and motions to dismiss as well as numerous discovery motions.
