Vince Nardone

Overview

Vince is an experienced business and M&A advisor, with a focus in Private Equity, Healthcare, and Real Estate.

Vince spends his days working on (i) succession planning, (ii) mergers and acquisitions, (iii) formation of and roll-up of various companies, including dental practices, other healthcare providers, medical and dental support organizations (both MSOs and DSOs), technology and IT firms, real estate entities, environmentally focused entities, and businesses within the corporate service sector. Vince also enjoys working with clients on financial modeling, valuations, tax projections, scaling and growing from within—as well as providing general counsel services for: (a) portfolio investment companies, (b) strategic acquisitions, and (c) other general businesses.

Vince is also a founding member of the kiDDS Foundation. The kiDDS Foundation’s mission and vision are founded on the belief that every child deserves dignity. The kiDDS Foundation’s sole purpose is to raise awareness and funds for local and international dental foundations focused on kids and improving their overall oral health. Vince believes there is no better opportunity to do good than having a positive impact on our future generations.
