Zach Love

Overview

Zach concentrates his practice on corporate law, with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions. He is committed to providing practical, solutions-oriented guidance that helps businesses navigate complex transactions and achieve their goals.

With experience in both in-house and private practice settings, Zach has cultivated a well-rounded understanding of business operations and legal strategy. He has assisted with conducting risk assessments, drafting letters of intent, reviewing purchase agreements, compiling closing checklists, updating LLC operating agreements, conducting legal research, and preparing legal memoranda, loan agreements, and discovery objections.

While in law school, Zach gained hands-on experience as a legal extern at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and Bath & Body Works. He also served as a clerical intern for the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, where he received the Distinguished Service Award for his contributions.
