Overview
Zoe focuses her practice on litigation, focusing primarily on commercial and contractual disputes. She is dedicated to protecting her clients’ interests by providing guidance and presenting unique litigation strategies to assist them in achieving positive outcomes.
During law school, Zoe participated in the Civil Litigation Clinic. There she represented clients in front of the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services review board and conducted legal research to assist in preparation for oral arguments in front of the Ninth District Court of Appeals. As a citation editor for the Global Business Law Review, she developed strong leadership skills, a strong attention for detail, and excellent time management skills.
She also completed multiple criminal law-focused internships at the prosecutor’s office and the Ohio Innocence Project which equipped her with a strong sense of understanding. She believes is essential in the legal field. Zoe’s considerate approach is particularly valuable in litigation, a stressful situation for clients, as it allows her to serve as both a supporter and advocate.

Experience
Represented a natural gas pipeline company in a dispute over property damage caused by a contractor exceeding mowing limits on a pipeline right-of-way. Benesch secured dismissal of claims against the parent company and obtained voluntary dismissal of our client after clarifying easement terms and contractor responsibility.
