Overview
Ohio’s regulatory agencies make decisions that impact industries, businesses and communities every day. Navigating this landscape requires more than just legal acumen—it takes strategic insight, strong relationships and a proactive approach to advocacy.
Benesch works closely with key regulators to shape agency rules and ensure that new policies reflect our clients’ interests.
The Benesch team guides clients through the process of interpreting and implementing agency rules in ways that support their goals.
When administrative litigation arises, we represent clients from hearings before administrative law judges to appeals through the court system.
Benesch has been recognized by Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms” in the area of Administrative/Regulatory law in both Cleveland and Columbus.
Our team’s deep relationships with Ohio’s regulatory agencies and our accomplished track record in administrative law means clients are well-positioned to navigate challenges, seize opportunities and achieve results in a complex regulatory environment.
