Overview

Benesch attorneys play a variety of roles, including conducting negotiations at the bargaining table, as well as providing counsel in the tactics of labor negotiations. In addition, our attorneys represent employers in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and regularly counsel employers on maintaining a union free workplace.
