Benesch represented SS&G Wealth Management, formerly a sister company of Akron's Springside Partners LLC, in its sale to Prosperity Advisors LLC, a division of Kansas-based Prosperity Advisory Group. Springside, a women-owned Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), is run by CEO Carina Diamond, who formally launched the business in 2014.
The Benesch team was led by Ira Kaplan and Sarah Hesse.
