Benesch Represents Prime Pensions in Acquisition of Valley Forge Pension Management

Benesch is pleased to announce that it represented Prime Pensions, a provider of retirement plan compliance and administration services backed by Lightyear Capital, in its acquisition of Valley Forge Pension Management (VFPM), a third-party administrator of retirement plans.
