Benesch represented Sequoia Financial Group, LLC (Sequoia), a financial planning, wealth management and asset management firm, that has acquired Zeke Capital Advisors, LLC (Zeke). The transaction is expected to close late February, which will then double the size of Sequoia's Family Wealth Practice.
Zeke is a multi-family office firm that provides generational family wealth management to families, individuals and foundations.
